A peaceful and restorative Āyurveda course of treatment in Kerala

Following my request, Manuela found exactly the kind of place I was looking for: a quiet and secluded environment, far away from distractions and social obligations. I would gladly recommend Ayur Sattvic to others seeking a similar experience.
I stayed in a small treatment centre in southern Kerala, consisting of the doctor's family home and a separate guest facility. During my three-week stay, there were never more than two other treatment guests.
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the surroundings peaceful, and the facilities clean and comfortable. Meals were served directly in my room and the food was excellent — ideal conditions for rest, rejuvenation and a complete break from everyday life.
I felt very well cared for by the doctor and his team. The treatments were individually adapted according to the doctor's assessment of my needs. Every morning he personally checked on my condition before the day's therapies began.
The herbs and medicinal preparations used during the treatments were grown and produced locally, which gave me a deep appreciation for the traditional approach practised there.
The treatment helped me greatly, and I remain very grateful for the experience. Even several weeks after returning home, I continued to notice positive changes and improvements in my overall well-being.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for helping to organise this treatment experience.
The 24 days I spent at the clinic were intense, meaningful and unforgettable. I experienced the treatment period almost as a personal retreat.
During this period, I barely used my phone and had very little contact with other guests. Instead, I was able to turn inward, spend time writing, develop new ideas and reconnect more deeply with myself and my partner.
The entire experience was wonderful. Surrounded by nature and supported by an exceptionally kind and caring team, I felt completely at ease.
Meals and drinks were brought directly to my room, allowing me to focus entirely on rest and recovery. The treatments became a daily rhythm that helped me slow down and recharge.

An additional benefit was that I lost three kilograms during the stay and felt lighter, refreshed and deeply revitalised afterwards.

I look back on this experience with great gratitude.
